Check-in & Check-out: Guests are required to provide personal details (Name, ID proof & contact information) before check-in. Right to admission is with the hotel management. The guests shall vacate the room allotted on expiry of the period of occupation granted. With prior intimation and subject to availability, a guest can keep the room till 6PM with an additional 50% payment, or after 6PM by paying the full amount of the daily tariff. However, we have cloak room facility to keep your luggage post check-out.

Settlement of bills: Room tariff must be paid before check-in and all the other bills must be settled before check out. Accepted modes of payment – Online transfer, UPI & Cash. Cheques are not accepted.

Hotel Policies for Specific Groups:

Children & Extra Guests: Policies regarding children and extra guests (including charges for additional beds) should be checked before booking.

Group Reservations: Special terms and conditions might apply for group bookings, including payment schedules and cancellation policies.

Room Occupancy limits: Each room is intended for a specific number of guests. Additional guests beyond the standard occupancy are chargeable and subject to availability of extra beds. Kindly confirm the number of guests while booking.

Food & Café: Outside food and beverages are permitted in the rooms.

Complimentary Breakfast will be served at the dining area between 8.00AM & 10.00AM

Food menu kept in the room has timings & rates (subject to availability)

Food ordered and served in the rooms attract 18% additional GST.

No Smoking: All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Violating this policy may result in a cleaning fee.

Etiquette: Please take care of the rooms and the amenities provided, please turn off electric appliances and taps when leaving the room. Kindly lock the door and you may choose to leave the key card at the reception desk. In case the key card is lost – please report the loss immediately to the reception desk. Room accessories (Pillows, blankets, towels, kettle, glasses, trays, remotes) are not allowed to be taken out of the room. Also, guests are requested not to bring persons apart from checked-in guests to the hotel rooms. We request the guests to ensure their behaviour within the premises does not disturb others. Drunken or disorderly conduct may lead to removal from the premises at the discretion of hotel management.

Pet policy: Pets/Animals are not allowed and the hotel has the right to cancel the accommodation in case pets are brought along.

Personal Belongings: Guests are requested to lock the door of their rooms while stepping out. The hotel is in no way, what so ever, responsible for loss of any goods or any personal belongings during the stay of the guests.

Do not Disturb: From 10PM to 6AM is the period of night rest. We request the guests to be careful so as to not disturb the guests in other rooms. We require the guests to strictly adhere to our policy of no noise & loud music after 10PM.

Cooking & Electric appliances: Cooking is not allowed in the rooms. Please use the plug points to connect electric shavers, laptop chargers and mobile chargers only. Please do not connect electric appliances other than those mentioned above. The electric kettle kept in the room is for making hot water only.

Access to staff: The staff can enter the premises in the absence of the guests for the purpose of cleaning the room and changing the bed linen (unless specified not to) or when there is reason to believe that the premises or the guests are in danger or that the internal rules are being seriously violated.

KYC/Statutory: Guests are requested to comply with the government rules and regulations that may be in force from time to time with respect to hotel reservations, alcohol, drugs & fire arms.

Jacuzzi tub/Pool Usage: For safety, we request guests using the private pools or the Jacuzzi tubs to follow the posted instructions. Children must be supervised at all times. Usage of these private facilities will be at your own risk and the hotel shall not be in any manner liable/responsible for any damage/loss/injury suffered by the guests during the use of the equipment & the facilities.

Damages: In the event of any damage to the premises or amenities provided, the guests are liable to pay the cost of repairs/replacements

Hazardous goods: The guests are requested not to bring and store any hazardous or inflammable goods in the room which may pose threat to people or the property.

Lost & Found: Hotels may have a process for recovering lost personal items, but we are not responsible for lost items left in rooms.

Force Majeure: Events beyond the hotel’s control (eg: natural disasters, strikes etc) may affect the reservation or guest experience.

Parking: There is private parking within the premises for four (LMV) and two wheelers

Cancellation policy: For reservations done directly at the hotel, full refund will be provided for cancellations up to 7 days in advance to the booking. No refunds within 7 days and post check-in. Cancellation policies on OTAs are as mentioned in the respective sites.
Any disputes that are not being resolved in agreement with the hotel management will be resolved through police intervention or in legal proceedings before the court of Bangalore district.
